Al started the group along with four friends who felt that the theories of conflict and conflict resolution they had learned in college could be taken to the communities that were under-served with hit. Working with children whether it is from a standpoint of school and teachers and parent conflict or with boys who have never met their biological Fathers, or girls who are becoming more violent than their male counterparts, or perhaps dealing with Divorce mediation and conflict resolution in adults, the MANA group is helping people in their community learn how to better themselves and get along better with those around them.
